Inside Sales Specialist

Education: Any Graduate preferably with MBA Marketing.

Experience: 1-2 years ( Freshers can apply for a Trainee Position)

Pre-Requisites: Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills , IT Selling experience is a MUST.


The Inside Sales Specialist position is a single point of contact for Syscraft customers. The primary responsibility includes – Account Management, Lead Generation, Tele calling, Relationship Management for the named accounts or territory assigned.

The Inside Sales Specialist ensures customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner and is driven by the Sales Targets assigned. The role demands interaction with colleagues on the field, sales team and management team on a daily basis.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Management with the Assigned set of customers.
  • Meet Target criteria set for lead generation through tele calling and marketing Activities for IT Products , Solutions and Services.
  • Goal Driven. Reach Quarterly Revenue Quota assigned.
  • Ability to build multiple contacts within an organization across hierarchy.
  • Fast response to Customer RFP/RFQ.
  • Ability to work in a team structure.
  • Well Organized reporting to Management on a weekly basis.
Technical Support Executive

Education: BE IT/ Diploma in IT or Engineering Field. Professional certifications like MCSE, VMware, RHCE etc. will be a definite plus.

Experience: 1 to 3 Years [ Fresher’s can Apply for a Trainee position]


  • Good Communication Skills – Oral and Written, Problem solving attitude and Ability to handle customer situations.
  • Domain expertise – Microsoft Solutions – AD/Exchange/OS365/MS SQL, Virtualization, Security –AV/AS/DLP/SIEM, Firewall, Backup and Storage

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support Executive, is responsible for providing technical support services to customers on assigned products and solutions from Syscraft.
  • This is a customer facing role and require daily visits to customer places as per the requirement. The role also might require the executive t be stationed at customer premises.
  • Installation, Configuring and troubleshooting at the customer premises – WIN/Linux Environment.
  • Firewall Management – Installation, Configuration, Management, Policy Setting etc.
  • Infrastructure Assessment – Server Utilization, Application requirement, Storage Architecture, Virtualization models etc.
  • Ability to Independently monitor, network, systems, Internet, WAN, wireless, VPN security etc.
  • Analyze technical problems & respond to the customer complaints by taking remote, field visit or on a tele call.
  • Maintaining a log of all support issues and their status and Report to customer and Manager.

Business Development Manager

Education: Graduate Preferably from Engineering Domain & MBA Sales & Marketing.

No of Positions: 1

Experience: 2-3 Years.

Pre-Requisite: IT Solutions Selling experience, Team Player, Excellent Communication Skills – Oral and Written.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Excellent Relationship Management skills with the existing customers.
  • Ability to Meet – Customer expectations and Cross-sell, Upsell company solutions effortlessly.
  • Sales/ Licensing Certification – Microsoft, Adobe, Autodesk, Symantec is a definite plus.
  • Ability to understand customer IT Landscape and identify gaps and map solutions to the gaps identified.
  • Ability to Spearhead a team of Inside Sales, BDE to reach assigned Quarterly goals.
  • IT Solutions Selling experience should be in Information Security, Information Management, Windows Managed Services, Storage Solutions etc.
  • Passion to reach the Goal assigned. Prepare, Execute and Implement business plan to reach the Goal assigned.
  • Set up review mechanism for the team and diligent reporting to Management.
  • Distributor and Principal OEM Engagement and Planning is a must.
